Hi guys – just a suggestion regarding the site / forum here. You might get a lot more people interacting on the forum if you removed the required personal info fields in registration (address, phone number, etc.) I have heard around on other forums this tends to put people off of registering.
If this is going to be the primary forum to discuss the project it would be best if barriers to entry were minimal.
Yeah, I mentioned the same thing a few days ago. Completely agree.
I was thinking the same thing. I generally don’t sign up for forums if a phone number and address are required, although in this case, since they will already get the information when the time comes to ship my physical kickstarter rewards, I guess no worries. Plus, My love for classic SSI inspires me to put up with a bit more than I would normally.
